Return Policy

Online Order Return Policy 

We seek your satisfaction with every online purchase from Yalla Smart. Please bear in mind that due to the custom nature of our Smart Home Products, we can only facilitate a refund or exchange (remake) in the case of a defective product.

Return Eligibility Criteria  

  1. Material or workmanship defect (confirmed by Yalla Smart team).
  2. Malfunctioning product.
  3. Product delivered in the wrong size due to our production facility’s error.
  4. Retur request submitted within 2 days of delivery, with unused items in their original packaging.
  5. Product deemed irreparable.

Return Rejection Criteria 

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  1. Products that have been used, modified, altered, washed, assembled, or installed.
  2. Products damaged due to misuse or displaying signs of wear, even within the warranty period.
  3. Assembled products, except when a manufacturing defect is determined by the Yalla Smart team. We retain the right to assess defects and will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.

If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will receive a full refund for the items bought, once your return is processed.

Pickup Procedure: Upon approval of your complaint, the product pickup process will commence.

No pickup charges will apply if a Return claim is filed within 2 days (24 hours) from the delivery date and time. If a pickup request is cancelled for any reason, it can be rescheduled once upon request without additional charges. However, if the 2nd pickup request is cancelled, the claim ticket will automatically close.

Refund Process 

When you make a purchase at Yalla Smart, we aim for your satisfaction. If you require a refund, we strive to simplify the process.

We will fully refund the delivery charge if the received product is faulty or damaged, and you return all items from your order simultaneously. Should you choose to retain some items, the delivery charge balance applicable to the kept products will be retained.

After receiving your returned product, we will refund your payment using the same method you initially used.

Credit or debit card payment – The refund will be credited back to the same card. Please allow 7-14 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

For items purchased at a promotional price, the refund will align with that promotional rate. If you are returning items acquired through a promotion (e.g., ‘Buy one get one half price’ or ‘3 for 2’), the promotion will no longer apply, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

In cases where a coupon was applied to your order payment, the coupon will be considered used if you return only some eligible goods. The coupon will become invalid thereafter.

Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


    1. Contact our customer service team by email at info@yallasmart.net.

    2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

    4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
